Associate Broadcasting Project Manager – PGA TOUR

Responsibilities

Lead project teams in day-to-day execution of assigned projects, overseeing all phases: charter development, initiation, facilitation, planning, risk and issues management, quality and communications planning.

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget in line with business priorities.

Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to meet objectives within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

Execute projects using methodologies and processes directed by the Information Systems Data and Technology Solutions department.

Present project proposals or plans, determining timeframe, funding limitations, procedures, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.

Collaborate with project personnel, internal resources, and third parties/vendors to outline work plans, assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.

Coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure progression on schedule and within budget.

Produce regular written status reports and lead project team meetings.

Provide technical advice, resolve issues, and ensure implementation follows established control processes.

Maintain strong customer service focus, delivering predictable, repeatable results.

Manage stakeholder relationships and clarify project requirements.

Foster team cohesion within the project team and between the I.S. department and key stakeholders.

Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

B.S. in Information Systems Management or equivalent. Masters certificate in Project Management from ESI or PMP certification from PMI is preferred.

3–5 years of project management or business analyst experience, digital environment preferred.

5+ years of Information Systems experience.

Experience managing data analysis and business application development projects preferred.

Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure technologies.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with project stakeholders, team members, management, and vendors/business partners.

Ability to work independently and as part of a project team, building strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills, proactive, accountable, with ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.

Ability to maintain a steady work pace and manage multiple priorities, meeting deadlines.

Excellent critical thinking and analytical problem‑solving skills, anticipating risks and devising solutions.

Ability to establish priorities and proceed without supervision.

Effective communication skills, including clear concise written project status updates throughout the lifecycle.

Highly skilled at facilitating and documenting requirements.

Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
