What Will I Be Doing? We are seeking highly motivated Marketing Professionals who are directly responsible for booking eligible tours on the phone and face to face, as well as selling mini-vacation packages to other HGV resorts. The Marketing Executive responds to guest requests in a timely manner and represents HGV at all hotel properties where this program operates. Compensation includes a base rate, generous commissions on every qualified tour booked, and a monthly bonus based on volume. Marketers typically earn between $60,000 and $100,000, with top producers close to $200,000.

Other Duties Include

Assist with tour and marketing related issues.

Confirm appointments with guests to ensure tour reservations and improve show rate.

Ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered.

Build and develop a motivated team environment in the field.

Meet or exceed performance metrics.

Ensure guests meet minimum eligibility for gifts as approved or promote a courtesy tour.

Champion Hilton quality customer care service throughout all Marketing channels.

Secure future business through face-to-face POS package sales.

Qualifications We Are Looking For

Minimum 1-year proven sales, sales-related marketing, concierge, or optional tour and activity sales experience.

Engaging personality, positive demeanor, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn.

Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

High School diploma or equivalent.
