Community + Business Development at Thrive Workplace As a Community Manager, you will be the heart of our Castle Rock location, responsible for creating a welcoming, inclusive, and dynamic work environment where entrepreneurs, freelancers, and teams can thrive. This role blends hospitality and operations, requiring a proactive, people-first mindset and a passion for building strong, connected communities.

You’ll serve as a connector, problem-solver, and event curator, ensuring every coworking member and guest enjoys a seamless, engaging experience. Your leadership will shape the culture of the space, drive member satisfaction, and support business growth.

Base pay range $21.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

Member Experience

Greet all Members, Clients and Guests when they enter our workspace.

Foster authentic relationships and facilitate meaningful connections within the community.

Deliver a “Second to None” customer experience for all members and guests.

Plan, promote, and host community events and networking activities.

Create engaging content to advertise events and community initiatives.

Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new and departing members.

Answer phone calls and assist with general inquiries, room rentals, etc.

Site Presentation

Oversee the visual presentation of the site, ensuring the space is clean, functional, and aligned with Thrive’s brand standards.

Complete opening, closing, and other routine checklists to ensure the space appeals to all five senses.

Perform regular tasks such as:

Brewing and refreshing coffee and tea

Restocking snacks, beverages, and supplies

Tidying meeting rooms and checking A/V equipment

Cleaning surfaces and maintaining restroom cleanliness

Organizing shared spaces and restocking dishes

Business Operations

Manage and track supply inventory (coffee, snacks, sodas, paper products, etc).

Submit supply orders to administrative team.

Handle mail processes, including sorting, distribution, package management and assessing storage fees.

Pull and review weekly print logs for reporting, billing, and supply planning.

Manage office keys and key box systems.

Respond promptly to facility issues, log maintenance tickets, and coordinate with your supervisor for resolution on larger projects.

Assist in maintaining accurate Member profiles/accounts in the CRM system and other operational platforms

Work with the area Site Manager to ensure offices are cleaned, staged, and ready to show.

Assist the area Site Manager with on-site tours.

Process One-Off Meeting Room Rentals and Day Pass purchases.

Support sales growth by identifying and promoting additional products to Members that supports their business success.
