Base pay range $39.00/hr - $43.00/hr

This is a Senior Graphic Designer for social and paid campaigns. Candidates must be based out of one of the following locations and agree to a hybrid work arrangement.

In this pivotal creative role, you will ignite strategic design and innovative solutions, translating complex ideas into visually compelling narratives that drive business forward across engaging campaigns and presentations. Your work will shape the brand’s presence, empower internal teams, and foster strong client relationships, making a tangible difference in every project.

What you’ll do

Conduct design consultations, conceptualizing and executing social and paid media solutions aligned with business objectives.

Develop and co‑develop creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts that effectively communicate persuasive and inclusive design ideas.

Design clear and visually compelling pitches and presentations that capture attention and drive understanding.

Mentor creative project team members, fostering conceptual skills and providing constructive feedback to achieve project vision.

Act as a project manager for assigned projects, creating timelines and estimates to align with internal client budgets.

Collaborate with art directors, cross‑disciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver compelling design solutions.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, acting as a trusted design partner.

Leverage strong communication and conceptual thinking to implement advanced creative solutions for multifaceted design projects.

Contribute to a high‑performing team environment, passionately mentoring peers and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Stay abreast of industry trends, exhibiting strong business acumen to create innovative design solutions.

Must‑have qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

A creative digital portfolio showcasing outstanding conceptual thinking and design skills, with a strong emphasis on social and paid media marketing campaigns.

Five‑plus years of related experience in a senior design role with a focus on social and paid media.

Proven experience working in a fast‑paced, matrixed agency or in‑house team environment, developing a diverse range of creative initiatives.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Strong knowledge and skills in designing for presentations, video/animation storyboards, social and paid campaigns, and marketing collateral.

Exceptional ability to understand client vision through active listening, advanced communication, and diplomacy with business partners, project owners, managers, and internal team members.

Demonstrated ability to develop creative briefs, mood boards, and image boards.

Capability to strategize and lead ideation sessions with creative colleagues and clients.

Sound business acumen, enabling adaptation while working alongside client‑serving professionals.

Excellent project management skills, excelling at managing multiple projects, prioritizing milestones, and influencing clients and design colleagues to deliver desirable solutions within timeframes and budget.

Ability to initiate and successfully engage in creative ideation sessions and design sprints.

Advanced technical understanding of digital media and print design, both in‑house and with vendors.

Willingness to accept administrative responsibilities such as project management and internal client communications, alongside creative development and design.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39.26 – $43.62 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
