Job Description This job is responsible for analyzing processes, documenting business case opportunities, and implementing process improvement/transformation initiatives in support of Operational Excellence objectives. Key responsibilities include executing on change initiatives which may result in breakthrough cost efficiencies, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation. Job expectations include working with business leaders and subject matter experts, ensuring collaboration and transparency across integrated business and technology teams, and driving execution of solutions within the budget and timeline.

Line of Business Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Process Design Consultant to join our Change and Transformation team as part of Global AML Operations (GAO). The Sr. Process Design Consultant partners with business function leaders, operations process owners and subject matter experts (SMEs), to provide an end to end view of their processes, analyze impacts and data, and contribute to the optimization of the organization through continuous improvement and process reengineering. The candidate will also actively contribute to the Operational Excellence cultural shift providing proactive alignment to tactical and strategic projects and programs aligned to GAO while ensuring understanding and consideration of the overall multiyear strategy and roadmap across the space.
We are looking for a strong leader with the right level of experience, ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization, and with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, and a process improvement mind-set. Directly supports the program's strategic direction, transformation efforts and process driven culture.
Responsibilities
Process analysis, process modelling and process governance for the GAO
Process Challenge and Process Improvements
Ability to implement process testing programs and/or process monitoring, aligning metrics and process controls to our transformation efforts
Evaluate current state, impact to change and build end‑to‑end final target state and periodic interim state visualization from requirements to implementation and post adoption monitoring and testing
Provide end‑to‑end high‑quality view of processes within business functions with proper identification of hand‑offs and process connectors
Support the program's short‑and‑long term strategy
Supports a strategy of continuous improvement and acts as liaison with Change Management and Process Design executives.
Prepare presentations and process overview utilizing models and complementary data to assist leaders in process re‑engineering activities
Consolidates impacts to metrics and evaluate testing strategies for tech implementations and process changes with appropriate implementations of controls and monitoring methodologies
Required Skills
5 years of Process design related experience and strong delivery mindset
Analytical and design‑oriented mindset
Track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Testing/QA experience desired
Data driven and metrics/ results oriented

Pay and benefits information
Pay range $112,500.00 - $156,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
