$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Full Arch Hybrid Exocad Designer

Location: Phoenix, Arizona Position Summary

The Full Arch Hybrid Exocad Designer is responsible for the digital design of full arch, implant-supported prosthetics—specifically hybrid dentures—using Exocad CAD/CAM software. This role focuses on the All-on-4 treatment concept and requires close collaboration with dentists, dental assistants, and other lab technicians to ensure each restoration meets the highest standards of fit, function, and aesthetics. Key Responsibilities

Design full arch implant-supported bridges and hybrid dentures using Exocad software, based on digital scans of patients’ teeth and gums (especially for All-on-4 cases). Fabricate hybrid prosthetics that meet clinical and aesthetic requirements. Read and interpret dental prescriptions (RXs) and technical specifications accurately. Collaborate with dental professionals and lab team members to ensure patient needs are met and cases are completed on time. Perform quality control checks on all digital designs to ensure they meet lab and clinical standards. Troubleshoot and resolve design or workflow issues as they arise. Stay updated on advancements in CAD/CAM technology and digital dental workflows. Manage multiple design projects efficiently while maintaining high quality. Qualifications & Requirements

Proficiency in Exocad software; experience with 3Shape or similar CAD/CAM platforms is a plus. Demonstrated expertise in designing full-arch, implant-supported, and hybrid dental restorations. In-depth knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, morphology, and materials science. Experience with digital workflows, 3D scanning, and dental lab processes. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively with dentists and lab staff. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Good manual dexterity and eyesight; ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in digital dentistry. Preferred Experience

Previous experience in a dental laboratory setting, particularly with full-arch and All-on-4 cases. Portfolio demonstrating successful design of full-arch implant restorations and hybrid prosthetics. Additional Information

This position may require in-person work at a dental laboratory facility. Physical demands include sitting or standing for long periods and working with fine digital and manual tools.
