Role Description As a Remote Technical Writer, you will be responsible for developing, editing, and maintaining technical documentation including user manuals, API documentation, system procedures, FAQs, and training materials. You will collaborate with product developers, engineers, and support teams to produce high-quality content that enhances user experience and supports our technical offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Write, edit, and maintain clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information.

Develop and update user manuals, installation guides, online help, API documentation, and FAQs.

Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all documentation.

Use documentation tools and content management systems effectively.

Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to improve documentation.

Adhere to company style guides and standards.

Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly.

Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, Confluence).

Basic understanding of software development processes and APIs is a plus.

Strong research and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
