About the Company This position is responsible for new product marketing in the state of California. This is a non-admitted products targeting the personal lines Middle to low HNW market. Some wildfire products as well. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a very well-established company. About the Role You will cover half the state, and their preference is for a person located in Central or Northern California. Eventually, lead the marketing efforts in the state. You will be out in the field visiting agents, appointing them, learning from their needs, and eventually growing a team. Responsibilities You must have experience with the E&S Market. Have called on independent agents in the state. Know their needs. You must also have strong experience with Personal Lines products offered in the state. Qualifications Experience with the E&S Market. Experience with Personal Lines products. Required Skills Strong experience with Personal Lines products. Ability to call on independent agents. Preferred Skills Knowledge of the needs of independent agents in California. Pay range and compensation package There is a base plus a bonus up to.
