Job Details Job Title: Senior Coordinator
Location: Salesforce office (hybrid, 3 days a week)

Job Responsibilities
Chat Moderation:
Lead audience engagement through chat and interactive experiences as part of the live broadcast motion.
Own moderation timelines for all Salesforce+ live streamed events.
Lead real-time chat moderation during live-streamed events on Salesforce+.
Recruit, train, schedule, and manage chat moderation teams per event.
Serve as on-site Lead Monitor during event days, overseeing schedules and live moderation operations.
Monitor chat activity for policy compliance and audience safety.
Track moderation metrics and deliver post-event reports and insights.
Virtual Event Project Management:
Support production of robust virtual event motion.
Create and manage detailed project timelines tracking key deliverables and milestones across teams ensuring programs stay on schedule.
Facilitate cross team alignment on event goals.
Facilitate meetings, create agendas, and track action items, dependencies, and next steps across cross‑functional teams.
Coordinate across teams to support successful execution of virtual event delivery.
Establish and maintain workflows and consistent communications for weekly team updates ensuring alignment through project planning cycle.
Production Support:
Partner with Broadcast Producers to support across production planning and content development (assets, experiential elements, operations, programming).
Attend and participate in production meetings to provide updates on progress, status, risks, and troubleshooting.
Travel to support live events as needed.
Qualifications
2‑4 years of experience with event and/or broadcast production.
Strong project management, organization, and time management skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, handle multiple deadlines, and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
On‑site event operations / experiential experience.
Bonus: Broadcast production knowledge (pre‑production to post‑production).
