Founder, CEO & SVP of Talent | The Lilac Agency Company Description The Lilac Agency is a Latina-owned, women-run boutique talent management agency that represents creators with purpose, passion, and power. Specializing in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and wellness, the agency amplifies diverse voices and supports creators to inspire their audiences. With a human-first approach, The Lilac Agency is committed to building meaningful partnerships that align with each creator’s unique vision and values. Rooted in advocacy, transparency, and trust, it offers tailored expertise in deal negotiation and career development. At The Lilac Agency, the focus is on fostering a collaborative and empowering environment for both creators and brands.

Role Description This role is full-time for a Talent Manager specializing in Influencer & Talent Partnerships, with the flexibility of a remote work model. The Talent Manager will assist in identifying and cultivating relationships with influential creators, negotiating brand deals, and managing partnerships. Responsibilities include supporting talent onboarding, maintaining professional communication with clients and brands, providing career development assistance to creators, and helping with social media strategy and campaign planning. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for influencer marketing are essential for success in this role.

We are seeking an experienced Talent Manager who is revenue-driven, relationship-oriented, and confident in managing creator partnerships independently.
