Role Description This role is full-time for a Talent Manager specializing in Influencer & Talent Partnerships, with the flexibility of a remote work model. The Talent Manager will assist in identifying and cultivating relationships with influential creators, negotiating brand deals, and managing partnerships. Responsibilities include supporting talent onboarding, maintaining professional communication with clients and brands, providing career development assistance to creators, and helping with social media strategy and campaign planning. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for influencer marketing are essential for success in this role.
We are seeking an experienced Talent Manager who is revenue-driven, relationship-oriented, and confident in managing creator partnerships independently. This role is designed for someone who has worked agency-side and understands the full lifecycle of talent management — from deal negotiation to execution and long-term growth.
This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate can step in, own a focused roster of creators, and contribute meaningfully to agency revenue while maintaining the high-touch, supportive culture Lilac is known for.
Experience & Qualifications
3-6 years of experience
in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, or brand partnerships
at an agency
Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Social Media Management, Campaign Planning, and Influencer Outreach
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Outgoing, confident communicator comfortable networking in group settings, getting on calls with brand and agency partners, and building relationships.
Self starter and takes initiative
Knowledge of lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and wellness industries preferred
Knowledge of how the industry works is crucial
Proactive problem solver with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field is preferred
Required
Proven experience managing creators and negotiating brand partnerships independently
Experience in managing large brand deals of over 6 figures
Strong understanding of influencer contracts, usage, licensing, and deliverables
Confident, professional communicator who is both people-focused and results-driven
Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
Bonus (Not Required)
Ability to introduce or bring creator relationships to the agency
Existing relationships with brands or industry partners
Experience within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle verticals
Bilingual (Spanish‑speaking a plus)
Based in AZ, CA or TX is a plus but not required (candidate must reside in the US)
Proficient with Trello, Gmail suite, Google Docs and Sheets etc.
What you’ll do
Manage and support a focused
roster of 7 digital creators , serving as their primary point of contact
Pitch, negotiate, and close brand partnerships across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and wellness
Handle all campaign executions from start to finish
Own deal flow end-to-end, including negotiations, contracts, redlines, timelines, and deliverables
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, PR firms, and media agencies
Collaborate with internal team members on deal execution and creative strategy
Track monthly performance goals and contribute to overall revenue growth
Attend in-person brand events, activations, or client meetings as needed (travel reimbursed)
Scouting new talent and building your own roster (we may hand off talent to you)
You will serve as a day‑to‑day manager overseeing your roster and all associated responsibilities, including Trello management, scheduling monthly check‑ins, preparing quarterly financial snapshots, tracking KPIs, pitching and outreaching, managing inboxes and leading strategy and talent development. This role also requires keeping clients highly organized and supported. You will collaborate closely with the broader team and have the opportunity to pitch talent across our full roster.
Compensation
$28–$30/hour, non‑exempt, hourly + Commission Based Structure
32 hours per week with occasional additional hours depending on work week | Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST / 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
Performance‑based
