Job Summary Follett Content Solutions supports educators worldwide with print and digital resources. This role is a Business Development Representative focused on driving revenue growth through new business opportunities in the education market.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outreach.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Collaborate with the sales team to build strong relationships with clients.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
Close deals and achieve sales targets.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the technology or education industry.
Experience with CRM software.
MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage a pipeline of leads.
Strategic thinking and execution of sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software.
