Responsibilities

Own the go to market strategy for Connected Portable instruments within NNA Market

Work with Sales and Channel Partners to drive revenue through customer-facing activities, innovative solutions and strong technical support

Work with Sales to ensure appropriate channels management / go to market selling strategy is implemented

Work in partnership with Marcom and the Creative team to develop content and materials for successful sales initiatives, including technical and selling literature, web content, social media content, trade show properties, etc.

Participate in Regional Steering Team Meetings for the specific segment, with GST participation as requested

Keep a "real-time pulse" on market conditions, competitive activities, industry and technology trends, market size and share, as well as market growth rates, through market research and data analysis.

Communicate market conditions to appropriate organizational stakeholders (sales, product development, etc.)

Own the local execution of the new product launch plan as it applies to the segment

Develop and implement growth strategies and strong demand creating activities

Provide guidance to Operations for demand planning and forecasting activities

Develop innovative training materials and conduct training both internally and externally

Ensure the sales team develops and maintains appropriate product expert and application knowledge

Measure success of strategy implementation through KPIs and adjust implementation tactics as needed

Collaborate with Sales, CX, Customer Success & Service, Operations and Logistics to ensure alignment of activities

Determine key Marketing collateral investment within assigned budget

Own associated regional product and market web pages to ensure appropriate content

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline. In absence of a bachelor's degree: demonstrated exposure to relevant subject matter through real life or previous work roles. Candidate has working knowledge of relevant subject matter. Beyond entry-level track record of demonstrating results, and consistently delivers results commensurate with skill level beyond entry level marketer.

Preferred:

MBAs. Demonstrated exposure to high level business management fundamentals through real life or previous work roles. Candidate has working knowledge of marketing, product development, and business management.

Career Levels Level I:

At least 4 years of marketing, sales, or product development experience.

Level II:

High level proficiency for all Level I responsibilities

Lead internal process / business improvement initiatives

Level III:

Lead and develop the Regional Segment Marketing Team by providing mentoring and coaching to RSMs I and II

Demonstrate regional and global business acumen. Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish, monitor and attain measurable and meaningful performance goals that are aligned with project plans

Manages and influences peers without direct authority

Establishes and leads initiatives that benefit the entire team (team initiative)

Participate in annual budgeting, forecasting, and planning exercises (should be able to participate and contribute in executive level meetings)
