SERVPRO of South Frisco is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Content Supervisor to oversee contents restoration operations on residential and commercial loss sites. This role is responsible for supervising contents technicians, managing pack-outs and pack-backs, ensuring proper cleaning and inventory of customer belongings, and maintaining SERVPRO’s high standards of quality, safety, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities Contents Operations
Supervise and coordinate contents restoration jobs including pack-outs, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs
Assess damaged contents and determine appropriate restoration methods
Ensure accurate inventory labeling, documentation, and photo records
Oversee contents cleaning (on‑site and off‑site), deodorization, and storage procedures
Ensure contents are handled with care and returned in pre‑loss condition whenever possible
Team Leadership
Lead, train, and mentor contents technicians
Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity and job progress
Ensure team compliance with SERVPRO standards, safety protocols, and company policies
Communicate expectations clearly and provide feedback to team members
Customer Service
Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers during stressful situations
Answer customer questions regarding contents handling and restoration processes
Maintain a positive SERVPRO brand image on every job site
Documentation & Compliance
Complete job documentation accurately and on time (inventory lists, job notes, photos)
Work closely with production management office staff and insurance adjusters
Ensure jobs meet industry standards (IICRC guidelines when applicable)
Safety & Equipment
Enforce safety procedures and proper use of PPE
Maintain contents cleaning equipment, vehicles, and storage areas
Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous experience in contents restoration, moving, warehousing, or cleaning preferred
Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to lift, carry, and move contents (up to 50 lbs)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Comfortable using mobile apps, inventory systems, and basic computer programs
