Overview Apex Service Partners – Senior SEO & Website Strategy Analyst

Full Job Description Apex Service Partners is dedicated to leveraging the power of people. Currently, Apex supports about 50 leading market area brands across the country. We are seeking a Senior SEO & Website Strategy Analyst to join our Apex Partner Services digital team. This role will report to the Head of Digital Marketing and play a critical part in shaping and executing our website strategy to maximize performance across customer journeys and strengthen our partnerships.

Role Overview The Senior SEO & Website Strategy Analyst will lead strategic initiatives to drive organic growth, improve site performance, and optimize conversion across a portfolio of regional websites. This role requires a strong ability to manage agency relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure best‑in‑class execution of SEO and site optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SEO & Website Strategy Execution: Drive implementation of advanced SEO strategies focused on technical optimization, E.E.A.T. principles, and Core Web Vitals compliance.

Agency Partnership Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external website and SEO agencies, ensuring accountability, alignment with Apex standards, and delivery of measurable results.

Conversion Rate Optimization: Oversee A/B and multivariate testing programs to enhance user experience and conversion funnels. Leverage heatmapping and behavioral analytics to inform optimization roadmaps.

Performance Analysis & Insights: Utilize GA4 and other analytics tools to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (SEM, Email, Social, Brand, IT) to ensure cohesive digital strategies and seamless execution across channels.

Governance & Compliance: Maintain adherence to ADA, TCPA, and privacy regulations while ensuring technical integrity of hosting environments, SSL, and site architecture.

Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of SEO and digital trends, including AI‑driven content strategies, and proactively recommend enhancements to maintain competitive advantage.

Brand Alignment: Ensure local brand websites reflect unique brand identity and community connection while meeting Apex performance standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, or related field.

7-10 years of experience in SEO, website optimization, and conversion strategy, with proven success in managing agency relationships.

Advanced knowledge of SEO best practices, UX/UI principles, and technical site architecture.

Familiarity with WordPress/Elementor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Schema.org.

Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, etc.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without direct authority.

Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Role Requirements

Full‑time position based in Irving‑Las Colinas, TX.

Hybrid schedule: 4 days in‑office, Wednesdays optional remote.

Travel: Approximately 10%.
