Lodgify is hiring a
Technical SEO & GEO Specialist
to ensure we thrive in this evolving search landscape. You’ll own the technical foundations and experimentation that make Lodgify discoverable and citable across AI-driven platforms like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, working closely with Content, Growth, and Engineering.

⭐ How will you make an impact?
Improve Lodgify’s
technical discoverability
across AI-driven search platforms through crawlability, indexation, structured data, and entity clarity.
Maintain and optimize
technical SEO foundations
(site architecture, internal linking, rendering, performance, and structured data).
Optimize how Lodgify pages are
parsed, summarized, and cited
by LLMs, AI Overviews, and conversational search engines.
Build and maintain
monitoring and reporting
for AI visibility, citations, and technical health.
Partner closely with
engineering and web teams
to implement technical improvements, structured data, and machine-consumable content.
Run and analyze
technical GEO experiments
to understand what drives visibility and citations.
Translate technical findings into
clear, actionable recommendations
for content and growth teams.
⭐ What makes you a great fit?
5-7 years of hands‑on experience in
technical SEO , including crawling, indexation, rendering, site architecture, and performance.
Solid understanding of how
search engines and LLM-based systems
retrieve, process, and surface information.
Practical experience with
structured data (Schema.org), entities, and semantic SEO .
Comfortable working with
data, logs, APIs, dashboards , or closely alongside engineers.
Proven experience collaborating with
engineering, content, and growth teams
on technical initiatives.
Experience running tests or experiments, interpreting results, and iterating based on data.
Analytical, curious, and comfortable operating in
fast-changing, ambiguous environments .
⭐ Bonus points if you have
Familiarity with
APIs, feeds, or programmatic content systems .
Hands‑on work optimizing sites for
AI Overviews, LLM citations, or conversational search .
