Responsibilities
Build and evolve creator strategies that align with division priorities, brand goals, hero products, and category needs.
Advise on program structure, talent tiers, budget allocation, and long‑term creator relationship models.
Convert insights, KPIs, and category dynamics into scalable influencer plans across fragrance, skincare, and makeup.
Partner with Integrated Strategy to ensure all programs deliver against division‑wide and brand KPIs.
Lead a multi‑layered team managing their execution of large‑scale campaigns across luxury brands.
Executing campaigns with key talent relationships
Develop direct reports to execute flawlessly across casting, contracting, briefing, approvals, production, and measurement.
Maintaining and managing QC to ensure all clients receive flawless deliverables
Requirements
8–10+ years in influencer marketing, talent relations, or digital strategy, ideally within beauty, fashion, or luxury.
Proven success running high‑volume creator programs across multiple brands or categories with multiple direct reports.
Strong, established relationships with creators and agents, including VIP and celebrity tiers.
Deep understanding of luxury brand standards, creator culture, and platform dynamics.
Exceptional skill in vetting talent, casting, negotiations, and on‑site content production.
Strong leadership presence; able to mentor teams and navigate senior‑level client dynamics.
Comfortable balancing strategic vision with operational precision.
Familiarity with creator tools (Traackr, Tagger) and performance measurement best practices.
Preferred
Experience at a marketing‑tech or media start‑up
