We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Remote Travel Specialist
to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking personalized travel experiencesfrom weekend getaways to once-in-a-lifetime vacations. This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from home while helping travelers explore destinations around the world.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets.
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Create and present customized travel itineraries tailored to client goals.
Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and car rentals.
Provide timely and professional support to clients before, during, and after travel.
Stay informed on travel trends, destination highlights, and industry updates.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and research abilities.
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with travel booking tools or platforms is an advantage.
