Responsibilities Marketing Operations & Coordination
Assist in developing marketing campaign plans, content schedules, timelines, and performance baselines.
Coordinate marketing activities (content creation, event logistics, email deployment), resources, and communication between teams.
Prepare and maintain marketing documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, dashboards, and campaign files.
Assist in monitoring marketing budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
Support quality assurance processes by reviewing creative assets, copy, and deliverables for accuracy and brand alignment.
Manage and organize the company’s marketing asset library and digital files.
Marketing Data & Analytics
Track campaign performance across digital channels and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, CAC, and CPL.
Pull, clean, and organize data from HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
Build and update standard dashboards and weekly performance summaries.
Analyze trends, identify insights, and support data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Validate data integrity, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Support post-campaign reviews by compiling results and summarizing key findings and learnings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Experience working with marketing, CRM, or analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, ClickUp).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
Ability to work across multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
A proactive, self‑motivated approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
