VIETRI, a luxury tabletop and home décor company, is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Paid Media Strategist to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns primarily across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta. The role is ideal for someone who thrives on data analysis, campaign testing, and driving measurable business growth. The position offers flexibility with remote work; however, attendance at strategy sessions and collaboration with leadership and other marketing team members will be in‑person, planned accordingly and in advance.

Responsibilities

Develop, launch, and manage paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, and other emerging platforms.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy optimization to improve ROAS.

Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjusting ad copy, creative optimization ideas, and budgets to maximize CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and overall efficiency.

Collaborate with management to generate performance reports and insights for leadership.

Track, analyze, and report on KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio.

Manage monthly budgets and pacing, ensuring cost‑effectiveness across channels and help plan annual budgets to support sales growth targets.

Stay informed on algorithm updates, new ad formats, and best practices in digital advertising.

Support campaign launches for product launches, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.

Basic Requirements

A minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns (search and social).

Proven expertise with Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising), and Meta Ads Manager.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data reporting.

Familiar with e‑commerce and lead generation for both D2C/B2C and B2B businesses.

Experience with conversion tracking using UTM parameters, scripts, and pixels.

Preferred certifications such as Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, or Video), Bing Ads Search Advertising or Retail Certifications, and Meta Blueprint Certifications.

Experience with Google Analytics, paid media reporting and conversion tracking tools required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, quantitative analysis, or a related field.
