Position: On-site Community Manager
Location: East Brunswick, New Jersey area
Objectives
To oversee the operational and administrative property management functions as specified in the management contract in order to assure an efficient smooth‑running property. Preserve the general well‑being of the overall community and individual homeowners. We are looking for a pro‑active on‑site community manager. Reports to
EPM’s senior management officer. Community Manager has dotted line reporting relationship to Board of Directors, but is ultimately accountable to EPM. Qualifications
Effectively communicate orally and in writing with Board Members, owners, tenants and contractors. Maintain a positive and cordial businesslike relationship with owners and tenants. Able to inspect property for maintenance and repair needs, as well as rules violations. Oversee contractors working on the property. Work independently without supervision, as necessary. Highly motivated and work cooperatively with other EPM employees. Sound computer and typing skills with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications. Perform basic administrative functions for community association. CMCA, AMS and/or PCAM designation through Community Associations Institute (CAI) is preferred. Benefits
