About The Role We are actively looking for a resourceful, proactive, and experienced graphic designer to help build out our Creative team within the broader ads team. As a Graphic Designer, you will support the Uber Advertising Sales and Account Management team to drive sustainable revenue growth. You'll be a pivotal partner to sales and product teams as you support the creation of campaigns, websites and product launches. You can take a brief or concept and make it come to life in visually stunning ways. You are highly skilled across facets of design and adept at sharing your work with clients and partners.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with multiple internal teams to define workflows, influence product and business decisions, and develop materials that bring ideas to life
Collaborate cross-functionally, balance the needs of stakeholders, and break down complex needs into simple, compelling solutions
Create, inspire, and sustain a standard of excellence with a focus on craft and quality
Present concepts to clients (and internal teams) with poise
Design solutions across multiple surfaces, partnering with a wide variety of teams to bring their vision to reality
Champion creativity in advertising on Uber by creating tangible examples, prototypes and supporting the growth of Uber Advertising
Own the prototyping process: build work based on briefs, seek feedback and push projects over the finish line
Design websites, case studies, decks, and materials that drive advertiser success across the Uber platform
Lead creative direction for CRM ad campaigns and new digital ad products
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of professional work experience within digital Graphic Design, with a portfolio of past work
Advanced proficiency with Adobe CC, Figma
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working digital-first daily
Passionate about design, learning new tools, and bringing the best and latest design solutions to the job
Resilient and resourceful in face of ambiguity, thriving on change
Comfortable working cross-functionally with many other roles and stakeholders
Experience with motion graphics and After Effects
Past roles at an ad agency or internal ads marketing organization
High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and self-accountability
Location & Compensation Location: New York, NY
Base salary range: USD $130,000 per year - USD $144,000 per year. Eligible for Uber's bonus program and equity award, and other benefits.
