In this role, you will play a key part in shaping a design-driven product organization within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will lead design initiatives end to end, from discovery and research through delivery and post-launch analysis, ensuring solutions are both impactful and delightful. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and go-to-market teams, you will act as a strong advocate for user needs while balancing business and technical constraints. The role offers high autonomy, strong ownership, and the opportunity to influence both what is built and how teams work together. Accountabilities
Lead the full design lifecycle, from user research and discovery through ideation, prototyping, testing, delivery, and post-launch analysis
Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover user needs and inform design decisions
Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align teams, generate ideas, and support decision-making
Design user-centered solutions that balance user experience, business goals, and technical feasibility
Produce high-quality mockups, prototypes, and interaction flows, iterating based on feedback and testing
Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency across devices and screen sizes
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer-facing teams, and stakeholders while representing the end user
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a product design role, ideally within B2B or B2B SaaS environments
Proven experience designing for multiple devices and screen sizes with a strong focus on usability and consistency
Deep expertise in design thinking methodologies, from research to delivery
Strong user research, storytelling, mapping, and service blueprinting skills
Excellent visual, interaction, and interface design capabilities
High proficiency with Figma, including advanced features such as auto layout
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing effectively and working autonomously
Experience working in agile product development environments
Strong empathy for users, with the ability to understand workflows and design solutions that improve efficiency and satisfaction
Vibecoding experience is a plus
