Pearl, Inc.
About Pearl
Pearl is shaping the future of dentistry with a suite of AI solutions developed to establish higher standards of quality and care for patients worldwide. Who We’re Looking For The VP of Growth Marketing will architect and run Pearl’s growth engine — unifying demand generation, performance marketing, Product Led Growth (PLG) experimentation, and pipeline acceleration into a scalable, measurable system that powers our revenue growth. You will lead a compact, high‑caliber growth team today, with the mandate to scale the function as Pearl expands into new products, segments, and markets.
You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Brand/Comms, and the SMB and Enterprise Sales teams — and you’ll be accountable for turning that alignment into measurable performance.
