About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, proficiency in industry-standard design tools, and hands-on experience in basic to intermediate video editing. This role includes creating brand-aligned visual assets for digital, print, social media, events, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and ads.

Create print-ready materials such as brochures, posters, banners, standees, and marketing collateral.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.

Develop visual storytelling assets, including short videos, motion graphics, and promotional videos.

Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables.

Adapt and optimise existing designs for different formats and platforms.

Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.

Ensure final outputs are high-quality, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Expertise Must be proficient in:

Adobe Illustrator

CorelDRAW (optional but added advantage)

Knowledge required in:

Basic motion graphics

Additional Skills

Strong visual sense, typography knowledge, and layout skills

Ability to understand brand tone and reflect it in designs

Good communication and teamwork skills

Creative thinking and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field

Certification in design or video editing tools is a plus
