Hunton Services is seeking a driven, creative, and highly organized Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and elevate our digital presence across Hunton Services (HS) and Hunton Rental Services (HRS). This role owns day-to-day digital marketing execution, including website management, SEO, digital campaigns, content development, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and an analyst who can create compelling content such as videos, blogs, and case studies while also tracking leads, analyzing campaign performance, and delivering data-driven insights. This position plays a key role in strengthening our brand, increasing customer engagement, and supporting revenue growth across business units.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage HS and HRS websites, ensuring accuracy, performance, and optimization
Implement and continuously improve SEO strategies
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Develop, track, and enhance KPI frameworks to measure digital performance
Track leads throughout the full funnel (MQL → SQL → Closed Won)
Analyze campaign performance and present monthly insights and recommendations to leadership
Create and edit video content for digital channels
Develop case studies, blog posts, and news content
Execute email marketing campaigns
Support social media content creation and audience engagement
Attend sales and operations meetings as needed
Provide administrative and miscellaneous marketing support as required
Perform additional duties based on skill set and business needs
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
High attention to detail with strong follow-through
Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Solid understanding of social media, digital marketing, and traditional marketing principles
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and GA4 (preferred but not required)
Working knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and landing page best practices
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree required
2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, PPC, or performance marketing
