and .**Power µModules Product Marketing Engineer****Description**This position is a product portfolio owner within the Power µModule (Micromodule) Business Unit, responsible for all business aspects of the assigned portfolio(s). Analog Devices’ industry-leading µModule regulators and DC-to-DC power products are complete system-in-package (SiP) power management solutions with integrated DC-to-DC controllers, power transistors, input and output capacitors, compensation components, and inductors within a compact, surface-mount package. The successful candidate will be able to:* Develop and implement the Micromodule BU’s growth strategy:
+ Identify, initiate, and help drive new product developments along with Applications, Design, and Market Segment Teams
+ Synthesize strategy and 5-year business plan for review with management to secure R&D funding
+ Visit customers to gain insight into pain points, emerging trends, and associated product development needs
+ Meet or exceed pre-release pipeline targets and new product revenue goals* Lead all business-related Field/customer BU activities:
+ Answer Field and direct customer business inquiries to support design-ins and ongoing production issues
+ Support large volume and pre-release product pricing requests
+ Enable on-time sampling of products in development to key customers
+ Help coordinate and execute market launch plan with Business Development, Corporate Marcom, and the Field to ensure new product success
+ Enable field personnel with live trainings and by keeping sales collateral up-to-date and easy-to-find**Requirements*** At least 5 years of related and progressive experience in a semiconductor business/technical customer-facing role* BSEE required; MBA or equivalent relevant experience preferred* Superior oral and written communication skills* Domestic and international travel 10%-20%*For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export
licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
