Own and operate the marketing and sales operations stack end-to-end, ensuring HubSpot, outbound tooling, analytics, and integrations work reliably together as we scale Manage and improve candidate ID and lead generation operations from third-party vendors including lead ingestion, email validation, enrichment, segmentation, outbound handoff, and feedback loops on lead quality Serve as a senior HubSpot operator, owning workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, lists, scoring models, and automations that support acquisition, activation, and sales follow-up Partner closely with Sales to improve sales ops infrastructure, including call and meeting tracking, outcome enforcement, automated follow-ups, and reliable reporting for prospect connect and connect-to-close rates Implement and refine lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle execution, translating agreed-upon strategy into working systems that Sales and Growth actually use Build and enforce campaign architecture and tracking standards, including UTMs and HubSpot Campaigns, so campaign performance can be accurately measured across HubSpot, analytics tools, and ad platforms Audit, clean up, and stabilize existing marketing automation, reducing redundant workflows, preventing property conflicts across systems, and improving overall system reliability Build, maintain, and enhance marketing and sales dashboards, ensuring the growth team has clear and granular visibility into funnel health, channel performance, and growth efficiency Requirements

7+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or sales operations in a high-growth environment Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise — you’ve built and maintained complex workflows, lifecycle models, scoring systems, and automations, not just used the tool Strong sales ops experience, including supporting outbound motion, call and meeting tracking, follow-up workflows, and CRM data discipline Comfort operating across multiple systems at once, including CRM, outbound tools, analytics platforms, and data integrations Proven ability to clean up and stabilize systems, prioritize what matters, and ship improvements without breaking things Strong analytical skills, with experience diagnosing funnel performance issues and translating insights into operational changes High attention to detail and strong QA instincts when working with automation, tracking, and data Clear communicator and documenter, able to explain complex systems to non-technical stakeholders and leave behind durable documentation Preferred

You’ve worked in a B2B SaaS or high-growth startup with real outbound sales motion You know Python, SQL, and similar database programming languages and have worked with Databricks or Metabase You’ve supported or implemented lead scoring, ICP frameworks, or lifecycle models at scale You have experience with Segment, Amplitude, Insycle, Instantly, or sales dialers You’ve helped untangle CRM or analytics setups that were being used as both an operational system and a source of truth You’ve studied, worked, or volunteered in politics, civics, or democracy reform You’re motivated by GoodParty.org’s mission and want to apply your skills to something bigger than optimizing ads Benefits
