Job Responsibilities: Design and develop instructional materials using the ADDIE model. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and analyze content. Produce engaging, learner-centric materials for instructor-led training. Ensure adherence to brand style, content standards, and project deadlines. Apply strong writing and visual formatting skills in MS Office tools. Provide deliverables for hybrid training environments when needed.
Skills: 7+ years of demonstrated instructional design experience. Proven ability to develop learning materials independently (work samples required). Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams. Experience using SnagIt and/or Snipping Tool.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree required.
