In this role, you'll be a part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext , as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations across Agentic AI products like AP Suite and Insurance, among others, set to expand across service lines.

Genpact is seeking an accomplished

Assistant Vice President (AVP), Product Marketing

to help drive the go-to-market success of our Agentic AI product suite — an innovative portfolio of intelligent solutions that enable autonomous decision-making and deliver tangible business outcomes across finance, supply chain, customer experience, and risk domains.

Reporting to the Head of Agentic AI Product Marketing, you will play a key role in launching new products, supporting sales enablement, and contributing to market thought leadership. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the narrative for the next generation of AI-powered transformation platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment backed by a global enterprise.

Responsibilities Product Launch Support

Assist in planning and executing go-to-market activities for new Agentic AI product releases.

Support the creation and coordination of launch materials, messaging, and basic positioning under guidance from senior leaders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, PR/AR, Legal, Growth Ops) to support launch readiness and timely delivery of tasks.

Prepare sales and marketing assets such as presentations, product briefs, and datasheets.

Share customer and market feedback with Product teams to help refine features and roadmap alignment.

Market Research & Content Development

Support development of customer personas, competitive inputs, and basic market segmentation for Agentic AI offerings.

Contribute to drafting thought leadership content such as blogs, infographics, or short-form articles under direction from senior product marketers.

Assist in gathering industry insights to strengthen Genpact’s messaging.

Help develop sales enablement materials, including playbooks, pitch decks, and value proposition summaries.

Participate in internal enablement sessions to brief frontline teams on product basics and key differentiators.

Provide marketing support for select priority sales pursuits.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities and maintain alignment across stakeholders.

Contribute to a collaborative, structured, and execution-oriented product marketing culture.

Support standard reporting, tracking, and documentation activities for marketing programs.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles, preferably in B2B technology.

experience marketing agentic AI products and leading major market launches required in B2B SaaS environments.

Proven track record in supporting go-to-market activities in a matrixed organization.

Strong skills in messaging, positioning, and collateral creation.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business, technical, and client-facing teams.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Experience in campaign, field, content, customer, or brand marketing.

MBA or equivalent business training a plus .

Experience with sales enablement methodologies strongly preferred.

Ability to use AI tools to achieve optimum productivity.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$100,000 to $125,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
