We’re seeking a
Sr. Business Development Marketing Manager
to join our growing team.
The Sr. Business Development Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive provider acquisition and network expansion. This position focuses on recruiting and marketing to doctors, through multi-channel campaigns, hands-on event engagement, and personalized outreach.
How you’ll make us better:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing initiatives to support business development and provider acquisition goals
Design and execute targeted recruiting campaigns for orthodontic providers using digital, event-based, and personalized outreach
Partner with the Sr. Business Development Brand Manager to represent the organization at key industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events, ensuring seamless, hands-on event execution
Manage third-party vendors and oversee production of assets for marketing campaigns
Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to optimize provider acquisition strategies and maximize ROI
Manage the business development marketing budget
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Prerequisites for success:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
Seven (7) years of marketing experience, with three (3) of those years in healthcare or medical marketing required
Advanced knowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, email, direct mail, and event marketing
Advanced knowledge of provider recruiting and marketing campaign execution
Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
