Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We are looking to appoint a creative account manager to be an essential part of the client service team. The successful candidate will work as an extension of our client’s marketing teams, using knowledge of the client’s strategy to develop Linney’s influence, ensuring that we continue to challenge and innovate. They will identify and act upon opportunities for client growth, spotting future development opportunities with an agreed set of clients and stakeholders. With experience in the creative world, they will bring fresh thinking to the table. We are looking for someone with three years' creative agency experience, or experience managing complex projects that include print, film and animation, events and digital channels. Experience and understanding of the food and beverage or technology sectors is a bonus. The role is mostly based at Linney Create in Nottinghamshire, with regular travel to client offices. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with our main client stakeholders, while working collaboratively with client teams on marketing projects. We are looking for someone who can identify, shape and act on opportunities for client growth and develop the Linney response for each project to client stakeholders. They will manage marketing projects, from all-agency briefing sessions to final asset delivery, as well as overseeing projects for other Linney departments and helping shape the Linney approach to client briefs, working cross-functionally with our different teams.
