Account Manager, Offline Sales and Marketing Amazon Devices is one of the most innovative and fastest‑growing businesses at Amazon. The Amazon Devices team develops relationships with retailers to expand product selection and distribution in physical locations where customers can experience all of Amazon’s devices first hand in the real world.

Responsibilities

Manage existing relationships to sell and promote Amazon devices and accessories.

Negotiate trading terms (discount rate, advertising, placement, returns provisions, payment terms, freight terms) for assigned accounts.

Lead internal and external business reviews covering strategic initiatives.

Create initial sales forecasts, determine allocations, and plan shipments for each SKU.

Optimize allocation of marketing development funds.

Collect business and market intelligence.

Qualifications

Executive communication skills, both written and oral/presentation.

Solid understanding of financial analyses.

Independence and flexibility.

High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.

Well‑timed tenacity and conviction.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of digital advertising and client‑facing roles experience.

Bachelor’s degree.

Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of client or vendor‑facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience.

Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights.
