broadhead is looking for an Associate Creative Director (Copywriter) who can think big, write sharp, and help lead work that actually moves people—and brands. You’ll partner with art directors, strategists, and account teams to shape ideas from first spark through execution, while mentoring writers and raising the bar on creative output.

What You’ll Do
Lead concept development across campaigns, brands, and platforms
Write compelling copy across digital, social, print, video, experiential, and integrated work
Leverage AI tools and platforms to support all phases of the creative process
Help set the creative vision and ensure work is strategically sound and creatively excellent
Collaborate closely with creative partners, PR and Social Media teams and Strategy
Lead project teams with the ability to put the work first
Present work confidently to internal teams and clients
Mentor and guide copywriters, offering clear feedback and direction
Maintain consistency of brand voice while pushing creative boundaries
Perform other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the agency
What You Bring
6–10+ years of agency experience as a copywriter, with leadership responsibilities
A strong portfolio showing smart concepts, strong writing, and integrated thinking
Experience leading projects and helping guide other creatives
Ability to think strategically, not just creatively
Confidence presenting and defending work with clarity and enthusiasm
Curiosity, collaboration, and a point of view

Compensation Details: The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $110,000. Our employees are eligible for a full package of traditional benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. We are a hybrid work company (3 days/week in-office, 2 days/week remote is a typical week at broadhead) with Paid Time Off, paid holidays, and 401(k) matching. In addition, we provide paid parental leave, performance-based bonuses, employee stipends, and gym access. Employees can receive employer contributions to HSAs, FSAs, and Student Loan Debt Repayment benefits.
