High-performing SNF with a stable Administrator and strong clinical leadership
Streamlined systems designed to support marketing success
Nurse Admissions Coordinator: providing rapid clinical insight and smooth transitions
No need to connect with DON
Supportive leadership with a cohesive interdisciplinary team
Predictable resident flow:
6–8 admissions weekly
4–5 discharges weekly
Above-average length of stay
Growing parent company with long-term stability and advancement opportunities
$100,000 – $110,000 annual salary (DOE)
$4,000 – $6,000 monthly accelerated bonus program

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community partners
Drive census growth through strategic outreach and field marketing initiatives
Track referral patterns and identify new opportunities for program growth
Represent the facility at hospital meetings, community events, and networking engagements
MUST HAVE - Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care (REQUIRED)
