EverPro is building a unified future for the products that power small and mid-size service businesses. We’re looking for a **Product Designer** who can operate at a higher level of autonomy, help shape the next generation of our platform, and work across multiple teams while keeping quality high and momentum strong. This role will spend most of its time on EverPro Edge and Service Nation. The long-term objective is to bring these two products together into a single, modern platform. In the meantime, you’ll help advance both products, guide discovery work, and make sure we keep delivering value while defining the path forward. You have experience actively coaching and advocating design decisions to your peers, iterating on constructive feedback, and ensuring the team is creating a cohesive and consistent design system across all our products.**Responsibilities** Help define the “North Star” experience that unifies both products and supports future expansion Collaborate with data, growth, and engineering to build onboarding, in-product education, and personalization Work with engineering to ensure solutions land cleanly, scalably, and with high craft**Qualifications**
Experience working inside complex systems or multi-product ecosystems Ability to lead discovery, define requirements, and operate without handholdingDemonstrated ability to collaborate deeply with PMs and engineering Experience with PLG patterns, onboarding flows, and activation design Strong proficiency in Figma and in working with design systemsExperience doing research in the home improvement / home services industry Experience conducting user tests, research, and experiments to capture and understand real users’ motivations, goals, and pain points; facilitate design sprints and other discovery sessions as needed Experience digging into product analytics data, customer service contacts, and social media feedback to monitor current product usage patterns and identify future areas of enhancement**Benefits & Perks*** Flexibility to work where/how you want within your country of employment – in-office, remote, or hybrid* Robust wellness benefits, including an annual wellness stipend* Employee Stock Purchase Program* Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with 4% company match**Compensation** The target base compensation for this position is $100,000 to $115,000 CAD per year in most locations. The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia.
