Town Hall Ventures is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join its team as the Lead of Growth Platform & Communications. This new role is crucial in strengthening and scaling the firm’s relationship infrastructure, communications systems, and external platform. In line with the firm’s mission to innovate healthcare delivery, the role demands cross-functional collaboration with partners, investment professionals, and external communications vendors to ensure consistent and scalable messaging. As part of the Growth & Partnerships team, reporting directly to the Head of Growth & Partnerships, the successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to build foundational systems to support the firm’s growth. Responsibilities
Produce Town Hall’s annual newsletter for LPs and friends. Serve as liaison with media partners and oversee a website refresh. Manage SEO and GEO implementations and monitoring for the fund. Maintain an integrated communications calendar for web updates and media moments. Support the firm’s Impact Council initiatives demonstrating measurable investment outcomes. Oversee website updates and social media coordination. Collaborate on impact reports and maintain a centralized library of firm materials. Partner with investment team members to ensure current and consistent messaging. Support meeting preparation with Town Hall’s LPs and strategic accounts. Requirements
3+ years of experience in communications, investor relations, or related sectors. Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Experience managing CRM tools and content management systems. Successful track record managing cross-functional projects. Background in healthcare, impact investing, or mission-driven sectors preferred. Familiarity with Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and design tools like Canva. Structured thinking, creativity, and strong situational awareness. Benefits
