Responsibilities
Own the development, internal approvals, customer approvals, results and execution of annual shopper marketing plans.
Collaborate with WMT customer team and other cross functional partners to develop and gain cross-functional alignment on WMT marketing strategies that deliver on WMT’s corporate and category objectives and Wells business objectives.
Lead agency partners to develop omni shopper marketing plans in partnership with sales team that support customer objectives that integrate in-store tactics, digital, social and retail media/ecomm across key retailers.
Develop, socialize, and keep updated a channel specific omni-shopper playbook and best practices to activate based on customer and Wells’ brands business objectives.
Lead agency partners to develop omni shopper marketing plans in partnership with Walmart Sales Team that support customer business objectives and priorities.
Partner with customer retail media networks and shopper teams to collaborate on WMC media plans and ensure plans will achieve stated key KPI’s.
Ensure flawless execution of marketing plans, delivered on time and on budget, achieving aligned targets and objectives
Track program timelines and budgets by brand and retailer, manage invoice processing and coding and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
Requirements
Walmart marketing expertise with proven track record of planning and executing omnichannel marketing programs specific to Walmart.
Experience within marketing for CPG and / or Food & Bev industry.
Familiarity with Walmart Connect; comfortably with sponsored search and paid media fundamentals.
Familiarity with Walmart Digital Shelf strategies and content score assessment.
Proven agency leadership (either within agency or on client side).
Ability to translate brand objectives into clear marketing plans.
Ability to translate complex data into data driven insights and storytelling.
Strong cross functional leadership capabilities.
