Overview

Komodor is a cutting-edge Kubernetes Platform provider that streamlines operations across environments, empowering teams to focus on innovation rather than Kubernetes management. With $67M in funding, we are committed to pushing the boundaries of our platform. Core Mission

We are looking for a data‑driven, innovative Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to build Komodor’s agile ABM program from the ground up. Your mission is to design and operationalize a full‑funnel ABM strategy that bridges Marketing, Business Development, and Sales—leveraging data analytics, automation, and AI to create personalized, high‑impact account experiences that drive revenue growth. Responsibilities

Build Komodor’s ABM Engine:

Design and launch a scalable, agile ABM framework—from account segmentation and tiering to orchestration and measurement—using modern AI‑driven tools rather than conventional platforms. Define Account Scoring & Intent Signals:

Create data models to identify and prioritize high‑value accounts using firmographics, intent data, and engagement signals. Operationalize Automation:

Implement ABM automation across CRM, email, ads, CommonRoom, Outreach, and other sales tools. Drive Personalization at Scale:

Partner with content and growth teams to deliver tailored messaging and campaigns across channels. Develop Scalable Cross‑Team Processes:

Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, and RevOps to create a repeatable operation. Measure & Optimize:

Develop reports and dashboards to track account engagement, pipeline influence, conversion rates, and ROI—continuously iterating based on insights. Champion Emerging Tech:

Experiment with AI, predictive analytics, and new marketing and sales technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. Requirements

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years focused on ABM, RevOps, and/or Growth Marketing. Proven ability to build and scale creative marketing programs from scratch. Hands‑on experience with CRM and automation platforms, AI, automation, and reporting tools. Strong data analytics and performance optimization experience. Demonstrated success aligning marketing and sales around account‑based goals and pipeline growth. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Passion for AI, technology, and process innovation. What we offer

Great culture and perks. Options & benefits. Growth opportunities. Wellness and employee experience events. Community contribution initiatives. Equal Opportunity

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
