BIM Structural Designer
Qualifications
2+ years of professional BIM experience within the structural engineering and/or architectural field.
Solid understanding of BIM technologies and how Building Information Modeling supports and impacts the AEC industry.
Familiarity with project workflows, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation, with a basic understanding of project coordination and delivery.
Proficiency in Revit with working knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant design technologies; experience using both current and prior software versions is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and organizational levels.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines and providing consistent follow-up.
