What You Can Expect In This Role
Responsible for delivering advanced sales case design for distributors, supporting and creating various wealth transfer, business succession and retirement planning sales strategies. Maintain Advanced Markets reference materials and update, develop and deliver Advanced Markets promotional and educational materials and programs.
What You'll Do In This Role
Provide high‑end case design capabilities in combination with tax strategy acumen, working directly with advisors to successfully place an advanced planning case.
Proactively gather data on advanced sales to track success utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other internal systems. Compile data in a visual format for senior management and reposition data to identify future opportunities.
Work with internal Marketing team(s) to ensure Advanced Markets website and digital resources are regularly updated.
Collaborate with Life Distribution, Life Marketing and Life Strategy teams to identify product opportunities and quantify potential sales impact, and create and design compelling new products and product enhancements by providing the voice of the various Life Distribution channels.
Analyze the competitive life product landscape and provide Life Distribution, Life Marketing and Life Strategy teams with details, insight and marketable opportunities to best showcase product competitiveness to the field and enhance sales opportunities.
Assist the Life Marketing teams in the positioning of Life products in regards to their alignment with different sales concepts, unique and marketable opportunities and competitive design or performance areas.
Create and deliver high impact, engaging training on product and sales concepts for internal and external business partners.
Proactively promote products and sales concepts in internal training meetings, teleconferences, virtual training sessions and in‑person meetings with our distribution partners.
Provide creative insight in creation of effective product marketing pieces for use with agents and/or consumers.
Collaborate with internal Marketing team(s) to ensure accurate and effective marketing pieces.
Provide advanced level support in terms of product details, product positioning, life insurance terms and regulations, sales concepts and advanced illustration techniques or support.
Train new marketing team associates on product, sales concepts and general life insurance concepts as part of the new employee onboarding process.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Marketing Preferred
Minimum 7 years’ experience in life marketing with additional background in other life insurance areas Preferred
2‑4 years’ Advanced case design creation and consultation Preferred
1‑3 years’ experience in formal documentation and adult learning/training/education Preferred
Experience with advanced illustration and case design systems (e.g. Insmark) Preferred
Highly‑developed communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to deliver clear and convincing presentations, and the ability to facilitate an open exchange of ideas, build coalitions and foster an atmosphere of open idea sharing
Outstanding analytical skills with ability to apply and identify insights into actionable design or marketing opportunities
Impactful ability to explain complex ideas and intricate details clearly and effectively by adapting to audience needs
Strong collaborator with a demonstrated ability and credibility to influence broadly and challenge conventional thinking
Significant exposure to a broad sampling of training industry standards and best practices
Proven ability to interact with associates and senior management in a cross‑functional environment, using tact and good judgement
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, often with tight deadlines; flexible in coping with changing business environments and changing direction
Achievement‑orientated and possesses strong problem solving, decision making, strategic and process thinking skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively under deadline pressures

Salary Range Information USD $74,301.00 - USD $154,793.00 /Yr. Range includes data points from multiple labor markets. Specific range is dependent on the labor market where the incumbent will be hired to perform the position. Starting salary is dependent on candidate qualifications and experience.
