Role Overview As a UX/UI Designer, you will support web, product, and marketing projects by delivering clear, user‑focused designs. You’ll contribute to improving usability, maintaining brand consistency, and developing visual assets across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and update website pages using existing design systems and WordPress builders
Identify and implement UX improvements across web and digital tools
Assist with the creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for a variety of projects
Respond to production order requests and quickly implement solutions per request
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather feedback and iterate quickly
Requirements
2+ years of experience in UX/UI design
Familiarity with WordPress and WordPress plugins (e.g., ACF Pro, CPTUI)
Ability to build and update designs within responsive frameworks
Strong attention to structure, detail, and user flow
Comfortable working with design systems and light front‑end adjustments
Preferred
Experience with Oxygen Builder
Familiarity with ClickUp
Experience using BuddyBoss or MemberPress
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
Experience supporting marketing, product, and operations teams
Reporting Line Reports to the Technology Program Manager and works closely with the lead UX/UI designer and the Marketing Project Manager.
Job Location & Work Hours This is a full‑time position with the option to work remotely if you are located outside a 45‑minute drive from Dothan, AL.
Candidates within a 45‑minute drive will be required to work in‑office.
Local team members may work remotely one day per week, depending on team needs and role requirements.
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT

80 hours per year
Increases to 120 hours after 3 years
Increases to 144 hours after 5 years
