We’re seeking a
Digital Media Specialist VA
with proven experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. You’ll play a critical role in planning, executing, and analyzing performance across multiple paid media platforms. If you’re a data‑driven marketer with a passion for maximizing ROI and improving campaign performance, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
Develop digital media plans based on objectives, audience, and budget; recommend platforms, forecast reach and performance, and prepare proposals or schedules.
Set up, launch, and manage campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube with precision.
Continuously track live campaigns and adjust targeting, budgets, and creatives to improve key KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS).
Prepare performance reports using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio, and other tools—providing insights and actionable recommendations.
Verify tag setups, maintain tracking accuracy, and ensure all analytics are properly integrated and functional.
Work closely with team members through project management and communication platforms to ensure seamless coordination.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in paid media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube Ads.
Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.
Skilled in analyzing data and making informed, performance‑driven decisions.
Excellent attention to detail in QA processes and budget management.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Asana and Google Chat is a plus.
Ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Yahoo DSP.
Analytics & Reporting: GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Supermetrics.
Project Management & Communication: Asana, Google Chat.
Performance‑first mindset with strong analytical ability.
Detail‑oriented and quality-focused.
Proactive problem‑solver who spots and fixes issues early.
Clear communicator and thorough documenter.
Team player with cultural alignment and professionalism.
Curious, self‑motivated, and always learning.
Compensation & Schedule
Full‑Time: 40 hours per week.
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Singapore Time, UTC +8).
Rate: $6–$7 per hour.
Paid 30 business days of training (focused on mindset and skillset).
Work‑from‑home opportunity.
Weekly payment.
7th month, anniversary, and performance bonuses.
Access to training resources.
Collaborate with an excellent community of VAs.
Claim reimbursements every quarter for PhilHealth contributions after 6 months of tenure, and after 1 year choose between PhilHealth or HMO.
