ADMFA AUDIO is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
In-House Audio Engineer
to manage daily studio operations, equipment setup, and live sound production. This position is based on-site at our private studio and event venue, ensuring professional audio quality for both rehearsals and live events. Work Schedule & Location

ADMFA Private Studio — 6210 S Dairy Ashford Rd, Houston, TX 77072 Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week Hours:
Vary weekly based on event and venue bookings Must be available for occasional evenings or weekend events when required Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of audio setup, live mixing, and sound checks for in-house events. Maintain and calibrate microphones, mixers, amplifiers, speakers, and LED wall audio systems. Assist visiting artists, performers, and production staff during studio sessions. Manage stage signal flow and troubleshoot audio or power issues on-site. Coordinate with lighting and video technicians for seamless show integration. Document setups and maintain an organized inventory of cables, gear, and stage equipment. Qualifications
2+ years of professional audio-engineering experience in live or studio environments. Proficient in using soundboards, mixers, EQ, compressors, and microphones. Familiar with LED wall audio routing and wireless mic systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset. Ability to lift 40+ lbs and assist with stage or equipment setup. Why Work with ADMFA AUDIO?
