Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and professional Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an established Homeowners Association (HOA) in Naples, Florida. This is an onsite role with standard business hours and substantial operational and administrative support provided by an additional community management company, allowing the Community Manager to focus on governance, enforcement, and resident relations.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Full-Time, Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Administer and enforce the Association’s covenants, rules, and regulations in a fair and consistent manner

Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, vendors, and the supporting management company

Guide and support the Board of Directors on HOA governance, best practices, and compliance matters

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, attend board and member meetings, and follow through on board directives

Oversee general HOA administration, including correspondence, recordkeeping, and coordination of services

Respond professionally to homeowner inquiries and concerns

Assist with vendor coordination and operational oversight as needed

Qualifications

Prior experience in HOA or community association management preferred

Strong understanding of covenant enforcement and board-driven governance

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills

Professional demeanor with the ability to manage sensitive situations diplomatically

Ability to work independently while effectively leveraging external management support

Salary:

$65,000 per year
