About The Role We're looking for a Production and Creative Manager who can help bring our brand stories to life from concept through execution. This person will sit at the center of our creative engine and make sure every shoot, campaign, and asset is produced smoothly, looks elevated, and reflects the standard of our brands.

You'll partner closely with our internal creative team, external vendors, ambassadors, and brand leaders to support the full production process: pre‑production planning, shoot execution, post‑production management, and day‑to‑day creative needs. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, has a strong creative eye, and is comfortable owning both the logistical and creative sides of production.

Key Responsibilities Creative & Production Management

Support the development of creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, shoots, and ongoing brand moments.

Translate creative direction into production‑ready plans, including shot lists, schedules, and asset requirements.

Manage pre‑production workflows: casting, locations, styling prep, product pulls, logistics, vendor coordination, and budgets.

Oversee on‑set execution for all photo and video shoots to ensure the creative vision is delivered consistently and efficiently.

Work closely with photographers, videographers, stylists, editors, and other partners to ensure output meets brand standards.

Styling & Visual Standards

Assist with styling direction for shoots, ensuring each look aligns with brand identity and product priorities.

Help maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints, from social to e‑commerce to campaign content.

Partner with merchandising to understand product stories, hero styles, and seasonal priorities.

Post‑Production & Asset Management

Manage the post‑production process, including selects, feedback rounds, color correction, retouching, and final delivery.

Ensure all assets are organized, labeled, archived, and distributed efficiently across marketing, e‑commerce, social, and wholesale teams.

Track asset performance and help identify opportunities to improve future shoots and creative output.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work hand‑in‑hand with marketing, e‑commerce, brand, and product teams to understand content needs and deadlines.

Support the creative team with day‑to‑day asset creation, mood boards, decks, and ideation sessions.

Serve as a key point of contact for external production partners and agencies.

Qualifications

3‑6 years of experience in production, creative operations, or a similar content‑driven role.

Experience managing photo and video shoots, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods.

Strong eye for design, styling, and brand consistency.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Comfortable working on set and solving problems in real time.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Project Management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday), and digital asset management platforms is a plus.
