Job Overview The Music Partnerships and Licensing team seeks an organized and entrepreneurial individual to manage music partnerships and licensing deals across all titles. The role coordinates music deals of all sizes with musicians, music entities, brands, and athletes to strengthen IP, ensure efficient licensing operations, and deliver creative value to consumers.
Responsibilities
Manage music partnerships and licensing deals across all titles.
Coordinate music deals of all sizes and collaborate with musicians, music entities, brands, and athletes.
Develop and implement strategic vision to strengthen intellectual property.
Ensure efficient licensing operations and deliver creative value to the consumer experience.
Qualifications
Current and extensive knowledge of the musical landscape, including artists, labels, and industry standards and practices.
Degree in music business or equivalent.
3–5 years of music licensing experience at a comparable level at a label or publisher (preferred).
Prior experience with creative music supervision, song clearance & licensing, or cue sheet management is a significant advantage.
Location Los Angeles, CA; office based in Culver City with a requirement to work in‑office three days per week.
