Delivery Analyst Unified Communications
Sev1Tech is seeking a Delivery Analyst to support an enterprise IT operations team serving a DHS customer in the US–DC Metro Area. The project focuses on infrastructure management and operations—including monitoring, incident response, cybersecurity, system administration, patching, unified communications, and hosting—with an emphasis on automation to minimize manual intervention, improve efficiency, and reduce human errors; to implement platforms that orchestrate end‑to‑end task execution; and to utilize AI and predictive analytics to detect anomalies, predict failures, and initiate self‑healing processes to reduce downtime and enhance system resilience.
Responsibilities Bachelor’s Degree and equivalence to a Cisco CCNP Routing and Switching certification. Minimum of 7 years of experience within the IT field with a strong focus on Unified Communications support systems and inherent delivery & operational mechanisms.
Eligibility and Clearance Requirements Eligibility for Entry on Duty clearance.
