Position Overview This is a three‑month paid temporary residency with the potential to transition to full‑time immediately afterward. Applications are being accepted for the residency class with a January 2026 start date.

The Resident, Creator Manager You will play a key role in day‑to‑day execution of our creator campaigns. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and passionate about the creator economy will ensure effective management and communication with our client’s creator network.

What You'd Do

Publish creator briefs on various marketplaces and platforms to find and engage ideal creators for brand‑specific campaigns.

Source creators from a range of partnered marketplaces based on client briefs and budget requirements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, handling all direct communication and messaging to ensure a seamless workflow.

Lead the end‑to‑end execution of creator campaigns, including outreach, content review, and approvals.

Organize all campaign assets and details on internal drives, create shareable links for external use, and maintain up‑to‑date trackers.

Effectively set and manage expectations with internal teams, consistently provide timely updates, and ensure all parties are accountable for deliverables and deadlines.

What You've Got

1‑3 years of experience in social media or creator campaign management, preferably within marketing, advertising, or PR.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with creators.

Reliable, motivated, and highly organized with a strong work ethic for a fast‑paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.

Passionate about social media trends and actively following rising creators in the space.

Responsibilities

Ongoing monitoring of brand social channels and relevant online conversations to identify high‑impact opportunities.

Continuous active listening on brand interactions: comments, responses, and DMs.

Analyze brand and cultural trends for creative consideration.

Provide insights on subject‑matter and specific subcultures.

Develop daily digests of observations and recommendations.

Use third‑party tools to manage brand pages.

Escalate negative feedback as required.

Seek opportunities to insert the brand into relevant social conversations.

Requirements

Fluency in Spanish (comfortable writing, conversing, and leading meetings in Spanish) is a big plus.

Keen interest in marketing.

Experience across a variety of social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.

Combining creativity and analytics to craft compelling stories.

Innate curiosity and adaptability with new tools, platforms, and processes.

Experience using social listening tools (Brandwatch/Crimson Hexagon, TweetDeck) is a plus.

Experience putting together presentations (e.g., Google Slides).

Strong writing and verbal skills.

Work Schedule

Hybrid role: required 3‑4 days on‑site at Culver City office.

Full‑time schedule: 40 hours per week, 9 a.m.‑6 p.m. ET, Monday‑Friday.
