Job Description We are seeking a polished and motivated
Public Relations Assistant
to support our communications team in managing external relations, brand outreach, and strategic messaging. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, excellent writing abilities, and a proactive mindset. This role plays a key part in enhancing the company’s visibility and maintaining a consistent, positive public image.
Responsibilities
Assist in drafting press releases, media briefs, and public statements
Support the coordination of press events, interviews, and outreach initiatives
Monitor media coverage and prepare daily or weekly reports for internal teams
Maintain updated media lists and support relationship-building with journalists and partners
Help develop communication materials aligned with the company’s messaging standards
Assist in planning and executing public relations campaigns and brand initiatives
Provide administrative support to the PR and Communications team as needed
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Professionalism and discretion when handling company information
Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
Effective organizational and time-management skills
Interest in communications, public affairs, branding, or related fields
