Our client is seeking a highly strategic, results-driven Marketing Director to lead enterprise-wide brand growth, business development marketing, and revenue-driving initiatives across our diverse portfolio of operating companies. This role is designed for a visionary marketing leader with proven experience building and managing high-performance marketing teams, driving lead generation, supporting business development efforts, and scaling brand presence across multiple industries.
The Marketing Director will own the full marketing lifecycle, from brand strategy and market positioning to proposal development, digital campaigns, analytics, sponsorships, and client acquisition support. This individual will serve as a key partner to executive leadership, operations, and sales teams to directly impact company growth.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Develop and execute the enterprise marketing, communications, and brand growth strategy aligned with corporate revenue and expansion goals.
Serve as the company’s brand visionary, ensuring consistent positioning across all subsidiaries and markets.
Lead annual marketing planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Translate business objectives into actionable marketing campaigns that drive measurable ROI.
Business Development & Lead Generation
Partner with business development and operations leaders to support pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
Design and execute lead generation strategies across digital platforms, outbound campaigns, events, and sponsorships.
Support proposal development, qualifications packages, sales presentations, and capture materials for large contracts and bids.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new service lines, geographic expansions, and acquisitions.
Team Building & Management
Build, lead, and scale the marketing department, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
Establish clear workflows, KPIs, performance standards, and accountability structures.
Foster a collaborative, high-impact culture that aligns creativity with business outcomes.
Communications & Public Relations
Client communications
Public relations and earned media
Ensure all marketing and communications maintain brand integrity and consistent voice.
Digital Marketing & Brand Presence
Oversee all digital platforms including website, internal applications, online business listings.
Direct SEO, PPC, email marketing, CRM campaigns, and performance analytics.
Maintain and execute the social media strategy, content calendar, and digital storytelling initiatives.
Use analytics to optimize engagement, conversion, and revenue performance.
Content Creation & Creative Oversight
Direct the creation of press releases, web content, advertising copy, video and visual campaigns.
Provide final editorial review for all marketing materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment.
Events, Sponsorships & Community Engagement
Strategically plan, execute, and evaluate trade shows, sponsorships, and community initiatives.
Manage logistics, budgets, vendors, volunteers, sponsorship acquisition, and post‑event reporting.
Represent the company at evening and weekend events as needed.
Budget & Performance Management
Manage the annual marketing department budget.
Provide quarterly marketing performance and spend reports to executive leadership.
Track campaign outcomes, lead conversion, and brand performance metrics.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including team leadership.
Demonstrated experience building, managing, and scaling marketing teams.
Proven success driving lead generation, revenue-focused marketing, and business development support.
Extensive experience with digital marketing, SEO and PPC, CRM and analytics platforms.
Strong proposal writing, capture support, and executive presentation experience.
Experience supporting industrial, energy, environmental, or B2B service industries preferred.
Special events, sponsorship marketing, and public relations experience strongly desired.

Education Requirements
